Contemporary artwork by Sebastián Fund at La Sala Art Gallery

We are pleased to announce the arrival of new works by artist Sebastián Fund at La Sala Art Gallery. Fund is known for his unique style within contemporary graphic art in Mexico. His work stands out for its rich use of symbols, silhouettes, and the technical mastery he brings to printmaking. These elements come together in a body of work that reveals parallel realities where the human, the animal, and the mythical coexist.

His career includes over 40 solo and group exhibitions in Mexico and abroad, as well as major recognitions such as his selection by the Veracruz Fund for Culture and his induction into the National System of Art Creators (SNCA) in 2021. Most recently, he participated in the 2025 edition of Salón ACME, one of the country’s most important platforms for emerging art.

Sebastián Fund has devoted his career to printmaking as a living language. Through a constant search to expand its limits, he has developed a style that combines traditional techniques with a contemporary sensibility. The result is vibrant, complex, and poetic compositions, known for their narrative forms and material exploration.
